Extra packing materials and double boxing are necessary to be shipped. We proudly use reclaimed packing material and boxes.

If you are local, choose 'Free In-Store Pick Up'; otherwise, choose
'Freight Terminal Pick Up' or ' Freight Curbside Delivery.
Freight Terminal Pick Up > Upon checkout, select the "LTL > Freight Terminal Pick Up" option. Enter your address and phone number and checkout as usual. The Terminal will contact you upon arrival to schedule pick-up. By default, your order will be shipped to the nearest freight terminal. If there is no freight terminal within apx. Thirty miles from your location, we will contact you to discuss other options and cancel the order. Orders must be picked up from the Terminal within five business days to avoid storage fees.
Freight Curbside Delivery > We can ship your pallet to your curb. This includes a "residential fee" and "lift-gate fee." The freight company will contact you to schedule the delivery.
Business Loading Dock > We can ship to nearly any business dock for the same price as Freight Terminal Pick Up. Enter the address of the loading dock as the shipping address and type "business loading dock" on line #2 of the address. Select the "Freight Terminal Pick Up" option upon checkout.
If the actual shipping costs are less than the price you paid, we will refund the difference to you.
