Dimensions: 9.5" at the widest part. 14" Tall. The inside diameter of the opening is 6.5".
Does it have a drainage hole? Yes.
Can this planter be outdoors all year round? Yes, with proper drainage.
Saucers are for indoor use. If they are used outdoors, make sure to bring them inside or flip them upside down before freezing weather so they do not fill with water and freeze. Water expands when frozen and can even break an engine block if it builds up pressure!
If it's going indoors, you'll likely need a saucer and something to elevate your planter and saucer off the floor. To prevent damage, you need airflow between the saucer and the flooring. You can choose to use a plastic Surface SAVER Ring or a Set of Pot Feet.
